For theGraphic Days In The City of 2023, whose center has been the world around of the press, the 3D printing workshop was bornorganized byAnAlphaBeta Studio in collaboration with ADV Principles, which has provided spaces and resources to be able to give the maximum quality in this experience.
The event wanted to push the participants to interact and realize an idea starting from a secret theme discovered at the beginning of the contest, handing it over and discovering the winning idea at the end of the evening!
At the end of everything, a the winner took home a prize custom-made and printed specifically for the event and all the honours on the website and social media, plus some Special mention, rewarding participants on multiple levels.
The goal was to get to know new people from different sectors and worlds, exchange ideas, work in groups or even alone, and start a network.
TEACHING
During the workshop, techniques and good tips were shared on how to build a project from scratch with an open teaching area throughout the contest, using the material library with models on display, materials used, and 3D printers.
TALKS
In the middle of the workshop there have been includedtalk with two guestswho have their know-how regarding 3D printing by showing their work and telling us about their experience.
